Through our Support Services, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community. These are a few of our key areas of focus for Eta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.

  • An experienced member (the mentor) assists another member (the mentee) in sharing knowledge that will enhance the less-experienced person’s understanding and growth within Eta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

 

Community Service Outreach Programs

  • Karesh Wing Nursing Home Facility – The ladies of the organization put together gifts bags of toiletries and socks for residents at the Karesh Wing facility in Camden hoping to spread some holiday joy.

  • Transitions Homeless Shelter – Members donate a variety personal care items and meal cards to the current residents in support of the “Warm Your Heart, Body and Soul” initiative for the homeless in the Columbia, SC community. 

  • Thanksgiving and Christmas Gift Cards – Members donate gift cards to needy families during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday to help families offset the costs of providing a holiday meal for their families.

  • Gloria Chapmon Walkathon – Once a year, we host a walkathon to help raise funds for the developmentally and intellectually disabled citizens in our community.
